Non-returnable ItemsAll items, including but not limited to custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off PeriodFor merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers retain the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the merchandise is unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping in these cases is the responsibility of the customer.
